Nice image regarding overall impression and lighting. It could use some higher irr. map settings/qmc settings though because GI detail is lacking a bit and there are splotches.

Very good rendering indeed.
In my imagination, slightly dimming the overall brightness, so as to emphasize a feel - light penetrates carmly and slowly through the openings..., this may give such a nice bedroom more artistic and architectural spacial feelings. But I know this just a matter of taste, hehe.

I agree with the settings. I also think the image could use more contrast in the lighting. I feel that sometimes people go overboard with GI, and forget thet contrast in the lighting can be more dramatic and appealing. GI should be a secondary light source, not a primary one. Signature on the bottom is a little large... it is the first thing I see when I look at the image. Besides that.... Great modeling, nice shaders, and nice overall composition.
My only crit is the shelf on the left side of the image, under the plant. Its an optical illusion, it looks like its on the ground, but no shadow, it looks lik its floating, but you cant see if its connected to the wall or has supports.
Agreed on the IR settings - as always a time/money issue...
The image is a great deal brighter than the original rendering,
which does hide the low IR settings a bit but in this case not enough.
This is another render from the same apartment.
As the other one some IR settings issues, but the overall contrast of the image,
as well as the difference in lighting, makes for a more, I think, interesting image.
