Nice image. the idea of the light streaks too, but with that long shuttertimes you'll never see the cars that clearly

its too light out, looks more like twilight or around 6pm in september.

PS: the cars freakin rock!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks for the comment,,,,i put the self_ illuminate boxes in the buliding and than use the target direct for spot light without shadow..it helps render time ..
