i think the trees where added in photoshop, thats how it look for the borders, the borders are with little strenght in the pencil/brush FLOW or in the ERASER, whatever tool he used.

Yes, it is a residential
Landscape I used new paint of editable poly in 3dsmax7 and the trees I used Forest Pack Pro and Photomontage in the Photoshop
