Nice image! Did you use HDRI for lighting?

The lighting was only done with one vray light (the back pane) and a fill light (standard omni). There was no HDRI in this scene.
I did some post with Photoshop (DOF, diffuse glow, color correction).

The scene was intended to be b/w, so I added some grain, too.

Whole rendering time was about 10 mins.
