Some of the best "realistic" (meaning not over dramatic) lighting I have seen in archviz. The modeling is a little rough, but this is only in comparison to the lighting. It is the first thing that starts to reveal that it is CG. I am sure that is is due to the limited time that most people have for architectural renders.
I would definitely agree. The lighting is spot on, couldn't do it better myself, but the modelling isn't really up to par with the lighting. Im speaking mostly about the interior scenes.

Just a post note on this... I would say that to get the modeling to be on par with with lighting would invovle a LOT more hours which these renders may not be able to afford. So It is by no means bad. It is just that your lighting is that good.
A few specific notes:
- the glass on the first render is near perfect, the lense flare is good and starting to go a little too far, but it still works.
- The interior lighting has perfect dimension. The fall off are exactly right to give the room the right scale. One of the hardest thing to understand about lighting. And making "average" lighting in an "average" room look so good that you don't notice it, is what you did so well. It is the same logic as making a model of a monster is "easier" to make look realistic then making a model of an average person. You did the equivilant of making an average person look so good that you did not notice it. Are you using photometrics lighting?
thanks for all your comments, i think this comments are really made by professional minds, cpnicholds says what is really true, the most difficult thing about the lightness y made natural..
so i didn't use photometric ligths, just vrayligths on interiors, so i put vray ligths not olny in windows, i put a "big" vray ligth in all the celling on the living room (plus more ligths in the celling border), and in the dinning room i put a couple of vraylights in doos, i think ligth enter trough windows, but a little come across the other rooms.......(low ligths on doors)
i learn a lot about CG on this forums, so i think i see images so much better than the ones i put......
about the people, i think the best way is totake photos on similar lighting situations and make the montage in a image editor.....
I really love the high rise building, would you mind to tell us how your light setup was on that one, i am still struggling with realistic exterior lighting. And i would also like to know the rendertime for that image.
yep I'm with Erik on this one, would like to hear a bit about the exteriors, I think the exteriors are extremely good, and the only thing letting the interior down is the modelling, well done on them, great work,
