thought I would make an attempt at a beer bottle and beer. My problem is trying to get the head correct. does anyone know how to get a good foamy white?

It looks a little like pollution at the edge of a lake rather than a beer head but it's getting closer. I've googled it and have basically found nothing good for a beer head. still I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions???
