Looking nice so far
I liked the lighting
it is only the camera angle and the composition that bother me... Your horizontal lines looks weak and not perfect and I can't as viewer decide if that intended or not.imo eather go with full frontal view or rotate your camera abit on z anti clockwise and maybe then lower it too
your exterior needs to have higher exposure too imo

M.Max - thank you for your comments. Agree 100%. Camera angle was not good. I was directed to accentuate the fireplace. Now that's been determined not so important. Have gone to full frontal view and also lowered camera earlier today. (I read your mind <g>) . also moved in a bit and a little wider so the bluestone tile in the close foreground is not seen.
Having the exterior at higher exposure would be good but..... the client will not accept that. It's almost impossible for me to achieve that with most of what I do. The view out of the windows is too important. I have adjusted, ie cheated or "enhanced it for the next version. It will now now show higher up at the bottom of a ski run with two gondola cabins visible traveling across the ski run. (the gondola runs in the summer too.) FWIW the pro real estate photographers here shoot multi exposures n interiors and blend them together. They never have the views out of the windows over exposed for the advertising/architectural photo work they do.
Thanks again, your feedback is very valuable to me. I will post the update soon edit - here is update

Nice rendering overall and much better than the first one. May I suggest that the exterior just does not fit in nicely? It seems like your horizon lines are not aligned with the interior. It almost looks like you are in space ship floating up, in my opinion, it does not have much to do with exposure outside. As I said, the interior does look nice though.

padre ayuso - Thank you for your comments. You are 100% correct regarding the exterior view. In the first draft what is shown is what is actually seen thru the glass slider door. The developer and realtor insist that I lower the backplate so they can see the ski run with passing gondola cabins. I explained to them that it would make it appear as if the house was un realistically high on a slope. (or in a space ship). They do not care about that in the leastl. Next, I'm anticipating them asking me to enlarge the backplate so the gondola cabins are more visible/prominent. I'm awaiting more feedback and will likely post another update soon.
Thanks again for commenting. Your observations and etc are very helpful to me and much appreciated!mark f.

these look good, glad you changed from the first one, the tile floor in the very front was looking like the bump was inverted making the grout look higher than the tile its self. On the back plate instead of just lowering it, if you have enough room you could always scale it down a bit so you could see the hills and still maintain the appearance of being on the ground.Cheers,

Hi Dave. thanks for your review. Yep that bluestone was not a good feature and also not very well executed. Bump may indeed have been accidentally inverted. The sun light shining directly on it did not help. Moved the view forward to get rid of it altogether.
The clients wife is an interior decorator (yikes!) She is supposedly picking out more furnishings and etc. Waiting to hear about that.
I'm going to adjust the backplate a bit on next, hopefully, final pass after I hear back from client. I don't think I will be able to scale it down and in fact I'm anticipating I will be asked to scale it up to better see the passing gondola cabins. I was thinking I might try torquing the perspective of the backplate to help mitigate the mis match.mark f.
