A quick and simple 3D render. Please provide feedback on what I could have done differently to improve the render.

wow very nice renders. i just think wall/column needs skirting .. but it is an architectural detail so not sure if that is a must

That looks awesome already!
Just one thing, I was distracted in the first picture, wondering what that lamp might be.
I'd turn it a little so one can recognize that it's a lampshade.

I agree with the above, for me its a personal thing but in the first render the lamp should be turned slightly as with it being parallel to the camera gives it an odd look and the striking colour is quite distracting but again its more of a personal thing. And I also agree about the lack of baseboards around the bottom of the walls but also not sure if that is something that is architecturally common in your neck of the woods. Nice work!!
