One of those, "I have a small budget", but is very needy and wants more than if I charged full price. Remind me never to fall for the madam in distress thing. I used their landscape plan, which hides a lot of the house. I thinned out some of the trees, that cover the house, that I hope helps. This is the first round of color finals, so we'll see how it goes.

Its because you are a real stand up guy that you get into these jobs I quite like these but in the second render (client prob wont notice) between the garage window and the window above there looks like a repeating pattern going down at an angle from left to right, looks like maybe geometry or UV problem.

Yes, I see that. I went from 3D displacement to 2D displacement to avoid an issue on the other side. It seems to have screwed up the second side. I did a cheap one for them last year and I guess that set the mark, which was my bad. When these people want things on the cheap they don't want things done cheaply, which is always the catch. They want to pay little but still get full service.

Yea especially in home builders that is so true, I mainly have worked in oil and gas for the last 11 or 12 years and did nothing but archviz before that and especially the high volume builders here are some of the cheapest and pickiest bunch around. I may go back in to doing archviz here and if that happens then Ill prob be targeting the individual architects and custom home builders, even they are bad but not as much as the high volume guys.
        Cheers,

the mood of the scene is a bit down...and the trees in front are very distracting, it feels like they are on the way.

Yes, I agree, however, the landscape plan was from them. They have since changed things up.

IMO the trees need some variation, they are too even in color as well as the pink tree with double sided material

Looks great Bobby. Glad to see foreground shrubs disappear that were shown in the first rendering. Love the sidewalk. Which tree did you end up using that you were searching for a day or two ago?

Thanks! The designer was a little weird. I built the model per the plan, placing all the landscaping, however, she wanted almost everything moved and changed. I don't thing she was the original designer and didn't really understand the project, or was too busy to care much to look things over. The view really isn't showing what is actually happening, but I agree, it is better. The tree was the one recommend in the other post. I haven't gotten feedback on it yet, but I think it works.

Their deadline is Monday. Let's see if my logo gets me paid She already mentioned that it needs to go and I explained why it was there. Actually, this company is one of the reasons that it is there, although I didn't say that. The last job I did for them took 6 months to get paid and that was me threatening to start to add late fees.

Did you use a script or plugin to build the roof? I am working on a craftsman roof but man it?s difficult to create.

There's no difference in using multiscatter to forest pro, right? I mean they both just scatter objects you have. I love your grass... My usually looks too rough, but maybe because I don't scale the objects to be small enough because then I would need like 10 mil of them. Also MS tends to leave holes when it random scatters. Unless I use really big number.
