  • Leafy, Windy, Thingy.

    I finally got around to animating a tree in GrowFX. It's one hell of a plug-in. Hoping to scale up the process on a larger scene.

        Cool cool, nice animation, gentle and subtle but does the trick. Some color variation in the leaves maybe.

          Nice, although one thing that always bothers me with animated trees is that the motion should start from the leaves and not from the trunk or branches. In other works, the wind blows on the leaves which then bends the twigs and with enough wind force bend the branches, only with very strong gusts bend the trunk. Most animations are done with the trunk and branches bending and the leaves reacting to that motion, probably because its easier to do.
