I just went through the house buying experience and going through on-line photos were eye opening. Some beautiful houses were low on our list because the photo were bad and some bad houses were high because the photos were good. The house we ended up with was checked off our list several times, because the photos were poor, but the house we thought we wanted sold, so we ended up seeing the one we are in now, just in case we didn't miss something. The pictures almost blew the deal and is actually a much better house, all around, than any of the other houses. Long story short, renderings can do the same for a project,
