Evening shot. I think I will add a wet road to add some interest to the foreground, but other than that, I think it looks good.

Interior: I think lighting need more work. Images look too flat, there is some burning and walls and ceiling are washet together. And maybe white balance is off. Images look pink or whatever color it is Most materials looks ok I think so lighting is problematic.

Night exterior - looks too glow in PS, no details.

Finals! Oh, do I have a story about these. This project was one of patience. I got an email about 1 1/2 years ago and they said that they have never used a service like mine, or had any kind of experience creating a rendering. Six months ago, after doing their research, they commisioned me to illustrate their building, which is new construction. Tell you what it has been a ride. They controlled every aspect of the images. Every piece of furniture was custom modeled, all the views were picked by them (screen share), and they went as far as zooming into the image at a microscopic level to make comments. There were two sets of revisions allowed and these went through eleven plus revisions and each revision set had around 100 markups, each time. No, really! I am not kidding. I had comments like "the vents under the fridge have twelve openings and you are showing nine". Once I updated the image they would invite someone else to review them and they had their own comments. We spent an entire day picking views and at one point, someone was moving the views. I would get comments about why the camera was moved when it was specifically placed. I am proud of myself because I took everything in stride and constantly reminded myself that I am here to help them. One thing I learned is, this kind of behavior doesn't help anything. I spent so much time dealing with things that don't matter I didn't have the time or energy to work on things that did matter. Anyway, not my best work, but done.

Looks great as usual Bobby except I noticed that there is a towel in the Unit B bathroom hanging in mid air (it looks like you deleted the earlier towel bar).
                www.dpict3d.com - "That's a very nice rendering, Dave. I think you've improved a great deal." - HAL9000... At least I have one fan.

Now that the client is out of the way I thought I would render these out again, but this time without artificial lights? Better?

I am happy with these, so far. I'll work the others when I have time.

Here is one using V-Ray Sun/Sky with automatic white balance and exposure. With converting my materials to HDRI's, my render times were 4X faster. Well, I wasn't able to convert the maps when I used the HDRI to illuminate the scene. Nothing to do with the HDRI; Walls&Tiles was crashing MAX when I ran the V-Ray HDRI converter. Once I uninstalled it, the conversion went fine, but I tested with the V-Ray Sun/Sky version. When I get time I'll render with the HDRI again, but after I convert it. I like the scene with my HDRI far better, but at what cost? If it renders just as fast after I convert the bitmaps then using my HDRI will remain my workflow. If it is 4X slower then I'll have to weigh my options. As always, speed vs. quality.
