What is that wavy brick ? it is the first time i see that ..looks cool : )
I think the Asphalt shader could use more work ..lighter/smaller uv and with some dirt to break the uniform look ..unless your client want it to be this clean and shiny .

It's a wavy shake. I took the normal shakes and waved it in PS. The drive is an FP slate material. I guess some tire tracks would be cool.

the car shadow direction in the 2nd image looks odd to me, and aesthetically, personally i find the brick and shake and roof tiles a bit weird looking, there's just too much off it and too similar tonally. I dont know if you have any choice in the matter, but i feel it needs a different material to soften the building, maybe even if the steps were different...all kind of disappears into 1 material as it is.

How did I do which part? The wave part I just took the shake material and waved in PS.

I meant the texture of the top half of the building, is it just displacement? Interested to know where the maps come from as it looks good
