Budget Render Laptop or Full Desktop for 1250 Euro

Yes, I know there's no such thing as a budget RENDER laptop / desktop, but humor me!

The budget is 1250 Euro and for that I'm looking for something with following criteria:
Must include Windows 10 Pro
Must be able to render with VRay and Run 3ds Max 2019

If laptop, then best "render" hardware for either cpu or gpu (can always later get an eGPU)

If dekstop, must also include 24" monitor, keyboard, mouse

you might get some decent mileage looking at secondhand workstations on ebay for that price.. downside is usually power consumption compared to new models.

ahh sorry i saw you were pricing in euros so i assumed you were in europe.. no ebay in NZ? is there not an equivalent? im sure secondhand servers must be a "thing" in NZ too :P

The SCAR2 has better graphics, but the SCAR 1 seems to get better reviews and cheaper. SCAR 3 about to land, but way too costly

I would say wait for gaming laptops with new AMDs if you're going that way (gaming laptop)

any wait for any AMD gaiming laptops will be more expensive. Already looked at some, and they also come with AMD gpu's
