Code 43 on both my new 2080 Ti’s

Sorry if I miscomunicated! My power supply is 1200W Seasonic Titanium. It's my backup battery system that's rated to 900 W / 1500 VA. With all three cards rendering it beeps at me.

I edited the fan curve and right now my outter 2080 Ti is sitting at 64C and the middle card is 71C. It's very snappy MSI Afterburner is great!

I need to get an NVLink. I'm thinking I'll get the Quadro one because GTX ones aren't dual slot?
