64 GB you should be fine, you will enable your 3200 XMP profile in bios and reboot. It is harder with 128 GB when you use up all 8 Dimms because of how the dies connect on this CPU
You can do a mild OC for CPU as well to get to 6000 score in Cinebench, use multiplier of 38 and Core voltage of 1.225 and disable PBO
These numbers will just work, and you will be at 60 to 65 degrees under full load.. This is the same board/same cooler/same CPU you will get
And you can go higher than 3.8 GHz if you want, I've got to 4.1 Ghz on few machines

So for Phoenix stuff the I9 beats the Ryzen. By what percentage? Is it like 5-12 or more like 40-50?
We sometimes have to sim stuff. This happens around two times a year and its always a pain. But I think more render speed still beats more sim speed.
Currently, I'm working on an i7 5960x how would those CPU's compare to that one?
German guy, sorry for my English.
