Two new systems with AMD Ryzen 9 3900X?

I gotta build two more systems, this time with two 2080 ti's each.
Also, I want put the new Ryzen generation in.

The last machine was:
MSI MEG X399 CREATION
G.Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4-3200
AMD Ryzen Threadripper 2950X
be quiet! Silent Base 801
MSI GeForce RTX 2080 Ti GAMING X TRIO
Corsair Hydro Series H150i Pro RGB
1000 Watt be quiet! Straight Power 11 Modular 80+ Gold

Will the AMD Ryzen 9 3900X work nicely with this mobo?
I think I will need a different model for the GPU If I want to put two 2080 Ti's in right?
Will the power supply be strong enough?

So, I'd need either blower style cards or water cooled AIO cards.
Blower can get pretty loud as far as I know. Which model would be the quietest one?
For two AIO cards I'd need a different case I think. Any suggestions?

How about the: RTX 2080 Ti SEA HAWK X and the BeQuiet! Darkbase 900?
I should have enough space in that case to put the water coolers somewhere and having both, blower cooler and watercooler will be hopefully pretty quiet(?)
