What are you using to check your CPU temp?

I am wanting to be able to check my CPU temp on my 3rd gen Threadripper (3970x) running WiN10 and also my old i7 running WIN7. I don't mind paying a moderate cost but I do not want bloatware or something that will use much system resources. I only want to check temps occassionally (like when I install a fan to compare to previous cooler) not monitor all the time.
Any suggestions?

sounds unanimus, hahah. And the winner is....Hwinfo. But i didnt' see the 3rd gen threadrippers supported on the list. Maybe I missed it. At least it will work on the i7

I like HWMonitor by CPUID. Very simple and to the point. No bloat.
