Updating Mac computer

Hi all. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My 2013 iMac just died. I need a new one and I'm not sure Which option below I should go with. The second oproom is more money which I'd love to avoid.
I work in Sketchup pro and Vray Next. My files are usually under 100mgs.

I can go with:
-3.7GHz, Intel Core i5 processor, Turbo Boost up to 4.6Ghz -3TB Fusion Drive storage
-32GB 2666MHz DDR5 memory

It has Radeon Pro 580X with 8GB of GDDR5 Memory

Or (add $400)

3.6 8-core 9th generation Intel Core i9 processor Turbo Boost up to 5.0GHz
