    Why you would pay 10K for a video card, I would prefer to pay 1.5K for the RTX 3090 with 24GB....they are going to be obsolete in 2 years anyway, and you still have $8500 left if you need them for render farm services to resolve your bottleneck problem and is %100 deductible.

      Threadripper 3 does not cost $20k for a system build. I just built one and it cost be around $9k USD. With 256 GB of ram, this machine is truly fast. Its at least x2-x3 times faster in rendering then my previous workstation which was dual xeon e5-2680v3, quadro is just too expensive for how much it gives you. Cpu will always be more versatile.
