Hello all!
Wondering if anyone else is thinking about going RTX A5000/A4000 with NVlink if the price is right and how the situation is right now and the months ahead to obtain new generation graphics cards? There hasnt been released any official statement yet from Nvidia, but the RTX A5000 seems to be abit less powerful than the current RTX 3090 card, what I can find on the internet. I think I could accept that since the form factor = a blower card 2080TI that im running at the moment, and also abit lower watt usage.
Im thinking about this NOW since it seems ALL RTX 3090 blower cards are being cancelled https://www.crn.com/news/components-...r-server-plans. This also seems to concern Asus RTX blower cards and other manufactors aswell. They are being removed from the official websites.
Currently running 2xRTX 2080 TI Blower cards from Asus in my setup and it has been VERY solid and since I cant fit 2 of the regular rtx 3090 cards in my current setup they are simply too big. Also Nvidia hasnt released An official 3 slot NVLINK bridge im aware of for the RTX 3090 cards but it seems you can Use the RTXA6000 one.
