CPU\Graphics card rendering choice

Given a static Arch-Viz scene in Unreal Engine(4.26)and rendering with VRay for Unreal which CPU\Graphics card combination would most likely produce the quickest high quality image?

Ryzen 9 5950X
EVGA NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090

Ryzen Threadripper 3970X
EVGA NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
