Hello Gang. I am new here but I am not a new Vray user. I have a decent running win 10 PC.
Dual processor
Processor Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2687W v3 @ 3.10GHz, 3101 Mhz, 10 Core(s), 20 Logical Processor(s)
Processor Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2687W v3 @ 3.10GHz, 3101 Mhz, 10 Core(s), 20 Logical Processor(s)
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 208 GB
Total Physical Memory 208 GB
Available Physical Memory 194 GB
Total Virtual Memory 235 GB
Available Virtual Memory 216 GB
Not the fastest, but fast enough. Plenty of Ram.
I also have a decent video card - Nvidia Quadro RTX 8000
My question is this: apart from having a render farm, what is the best way to perform IPR rendering and utilize as much of the video card, cpu's and ram ( if it comes into play ) as possible for IPR rendering? Is this where Hybrid rendering comes in? If so, how is that setup?
Thanks for any advice!
JV
