2080 Ti Founders 2 cards in NVLink twice the VRAM/memory?

Will 2 2080Ti card in NVLink give me twice amount of memory?
I can see the speed increase on renderings but not sure how I can test the max memory availible.

I now know how memory pooling works.

I get a sence that I have very specific questions that is including Nvidia drivers too. I'am looking into other GPU's but I have a system that is well and neat built for 2x2080 Ti.

Which is the latest Nvidia driver that supports memory pooling on RTX 2080 Ti with NVLink?
