Hello there !
I'm experiencing two issues and I can't find any answers on them.
I'm using the last Vray release with RTX 3090; custom frequencies and monitored by Msi Afterburner. Nvidia Driver Studio : 528.49
First one : I can see the Power Draw is starting at 100% for 30 sec (ish) at 320W and drop down to 250W in any scene, buckets or progressive mode. The anoying thing is, is that the clock of the GPU is starting as it maximum of 2050 mhz and drops down to stabilize at 1750 mhz. Its quite a big loss of power and speed ! Is it normal ? It's quite cool to have a low power draw, but not if it's meaning the lost of 15% power.
Second one : In progressive mode that I use all the time, I see that this power draw as bumps to 100%, regularly, every 30 to 60 sec ; causing the fans of the RTX3090 going absolutely crazy to their maximum speed for a few seconds each time. Its a very very anoying thing. The fans are calibrated by afterbruner along a curve to diminuished the sound usage. This curved is perfectly followed in any software, or in vray bucket mode ; but it's getting crazy in progressive mode because of the power draw bumps.
Is it a normal behavior ?
Thanks for the ansers you could get me!
