CPU performance contribution for RTX Mode and Chaos Vantage

Hello!

I am building another PC as somewhere to throw my renderings out while I work on the next image (or for animations.) My question is how much impact does the CPU have on rendering speeds when using GPU RTX or Chaos Vantage.

it will be in a small case (NR200 with a 3090 and 32 gb of ram) I am contemplating of going with a ryzen 5600 or even 5500 instead of a 5950x to save on some money which I can probably convert the 3090 to a 4080.

Thoughts and experiences please?

Vantage is generally GPU-bound, so I don't expect the CPU making much difference except for the initial process of loading the scene.
