OptiX Error code: 7801

Accidentally posted this it into wrong Forum so will post it here again. Can moderator remove it from "Licensing" forum please


I'm having problems on my work PC. Trying to use my RTX Quadro 8000 for Vray GPU render and Nvidia Ai upscaler but keep getting this message.
My IT manager installed latest OptiX drivers and Nvidia graphic drivers but that didn't help. Any help on this please?

Sorry forgot to add that I'm on Vray6.1.2 (6.10.08 00000) and Max 2020
