Vray 7 doesn't install

I just downloaded Vray 7 but after I launch the installation file a black windows appears for a few second than it closes and nothing else happens.
Could it be because my CPU doesn't support AVX2?

Yes V-Ray 7 requires a CPU compatible with AVX2, here are the system requirements
