I heard that using 4 DDR5 sticks with AM5 boards is a big no-no. Does anybody successfully use such a setup? Currently, I use 128GB of DDR4 RAM, as I often work on big files, or have Photoshop and 3dsmax opened at the same time, and just can't imagine working with less...

While it is hard to use all 4 memory slots on an AM5 board and other AMD platforms, many people managed to get this setup working. It is hard to get the memory to run at its rated OC say if your memory is 5800 Mhz, you can only run it at stock speeds. My advice is buy a good motherboard and a good memory kit, the Asus ProArt x870E is great. For memory check Gskil Neo which is optimized for AMD platforms (TridenZ or Royal) I have managed to get 192 GB to work without issues on my side.
