ATI Video Cards

I would like to know if the VrayRT GPU will support ATI video cards? i read in the specifications that support OPEN-CL, but in the requirements only appears CUDA cards.
If VrayRT GPU will support the ati cards, will have the same performance that nvidia cards?

We would love to get it running on AMD cards, and we are working with AMD to make this happen, but as of now, their OpenCL implementation needs a bit more work.

Bugger, you mean the expensive FireGL v7350 (1GB) workstation cards we have will not work with RT GPU?

oh sad news, but if you guys say are working with ATI, there is a hope. for me, the ati cards are way better than the nvidia, at least the game cards (the workstations cards are absurdly expensive) i had an ATI HD 5970 that crush the new fermi 480 (at least is what reviews say)
I´m waiting the purchase of a new card because of this, maybe is to early, but there is any tentative date to know about the support of ATI?

I have a plan to buy my new card at some month later, maybe next spring.
I hope AMD give more effort to doing that.
If they did'nt, I have no choice but to buy a nvidia'
