Render restarts when working in perspective view

Both for CPU and GPU engines the render restarts when I pan/zoom in my perspective view eventhough the render is locked to a camera view. When panning/zooming in other views such as fron or ortho the render keeps going.

Lock it in f10 at the botton... that works...

Sorry but it doesn´t work. The render is already locked to the cameraview and each time the perspective view is panned/zoomed the render restarts
