OpenCL does not need SLI or CrossFire to use multiple GPUs; it will use all the GPUs anyways.

Nope; it's perfectly fine with two separate GPUs, unless you need the SLI/CrossFire for other purposes, of course (i.e. games).

But can it be one Radeon and one Nvidia? One for display and one for GPU?

Ok, just for info I have now tried and it works. I've added some more info in the thread I started on the subject.
