yes, I simply adjusted the multiplier in the BIOS. In my BIOS the voltage is on auto so it just adjusted itself accordingly (I think it was around 1.32V). I don't think the temperature went up much but I also have very powerful cooling so I wasn't too worried about that. Some people apparently get the same CPU up to more than 5 GHZ but at that stage it's a matter of luck and lot's of tweaking of various settings and since I am by no means an IT-expert, I contented myself with 4.5 GHZ
