  • Geforce 670 slowly dying, what to get? best price to performance ratio

My 670 is slowly dying (green squares from time to time). What whould be the best price to performance ration nowadays? I want also EVGA, I would assume 780Ti but there is so many models. I guess better to get with ACX cooler, so would
http://www.evga.com/Products/Product...03G-P4-2882-KR be okay or some standard 780 (no Ti - what does it stand for anyway? ) woudl be good ?

A 7704GB would be a great budget option. I'm running one and it's driving one 30", one 27" and one 23", with no issues. Depends if you need the extra power for RT or whatever though I guess. Personally I'd go for a 770 or potentially whatever the cheapest 6GB current-gen card is maybe.

Id go for a 6GB GTX tbh. Then depending on ur budged u can go from 780 6gb>Titan/etc etc. Up to you really...

Big Thanks Alex I would go with 770 4GB becasue price wise it's much better than any 6GB options for now.

I think either way you go, those are pretty solid cards, so you should be in good hands there!

How old is the 670? It might still be under warranty - at the very least you'd have two cards.
