New graphics card and max won't open

Hi guys I installed a new graphics card yesterday .. All seemed ok max opened no worries ...did a few things then computer crashed completely and restarted .... Now max or autocad won't start at all ... Any ideas to what has happened would be appreciated ... Thinking I may have messed up the license ?
( max design 2014 Vray 3, windows 8.1 , nvidia quadro k620, dell t3610)

Maybe try to install different drivers?
