I've been using a setup of (3) 27" 2560 x 1440 Samsung Series 9 monitors for a few years now, I think it's perfect with my main display in the center, my neck moment is minimal and I can mouse from end to end of the screens without lifting my wrist off the center of my mouse pad.
It would feel odd to go back to a dual setup.

as wondering about this myself, i have two 22 inch ones now and will upgrade now to 24" any suggestions on brand, ips or not etc? i wear glasses and cant handle the harsh white colors of some monitors because i get migranes so idk if using three is a good idea, was thinking of getting one of the vertical ones which are slim, not sure about it either, its so hard to find a good monitor for me, any tips on what to look for when going to buy monitors would be much appreciated
If you have glasses just put a filter on your glasses (it makes the whites a bit warmer though so be sure to check the colors once in a while to see if your render doesn't turn out too cold ). It helps against cataract too.
