I think you should be,
but be aware that those are making a HUGE amount of noise and they weight over 5 cars.
The CPU's are quite old as well so one node with two xeons will score 647 cinebench point, that's about the same as a single i7 2600k. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Cz4WezqzsY
So with 16 of them, you will have 10.400 points.
I'm not sure how much you will pay for those, but I would definitely recommend to get two fast render nodes in stead of those 16 old ones.
If you get two dual 2696 v4, you will end up with the same speed and have only two computer
IT : Less noise, less weight, less maintenance, less network, less hardware failure, less power, etc
Software : Faster loading time of scenes, faster LC, faster IR, faster transfer speed from server, faster single frame render, etc
You could build a 2696 v4 or even a 2695 V4 (we bought 13 dual xeons last month and they are rocking) for not that much, I think we paid 3-4k$ for one node.
