Couldn't help noticing you're expecting applicants to provide software and hardware, that's a good £2500 chunk out of the salary every year, ignoring hardware overheads, will you be remunerating accordingly? Interested to hear why you've moved towards this model and what advantages it brings over just hiring freelancers on an ad-hock basis when you need them?
