Freelance/Contract Rendering Artists and Modelers Needed

We're looking for freelance/contract artists - in particular those familiar with architectural modeling and rendering.
I'm mostly seeking modelers at the moment although rendering knowledge is always a plus.
There are additional projects as well (furniture, inventions, other odds and ends), but this makes up the bulk of our work.

If you could please provide the following information:

1) Name
2) Forum username (if applicable)
3) Location
4) General availability
5) Please let me know if you already have a full or part-time job so I can help schedule projects around this.
6) Portfolio (this is a must.)
7) Years of experience.
Software used and skill level (ie. Max, Maya, Vray, Photoshop, etc.)
9) Rates (per project or hourly rates.)

Do you have a software preference for the modeling?

Not personally as long as models are clean, looks great, and not unnecessarily poly heavy.
Sometimes I have clients however with specific requests - in particular SU users.
