Experienced architectural modeler - freelance remote

From time to time I need a hand with architectural modeling.

I'm looking for someone who is experienced with producing clean, tidy & detailed architectural models within 3DS Max that will be used for photo realistic rendering within vray.

You should be reliable & able to provide realistic time estimations.

You should be comfortable with reading drawings and other design documentation and be able to fill in some of the gaps in information using your experience/judgement. Modeling and/or detailing from photographs is also useful. Projects range from smaller residential to larger retail/commercial, interiors and exteriors.
