I posted this on the russian forum no one could solve it so here we go:
I started out as a modeler, maya/max anything that models, so as my friend. And we used to be able to solve every problem/puzzle in modeling world until this came along not long ago.
See image below....you have a given object topology of which has all quads and a single triangle. Problem: remove the triangle to make all quads without affecting the border edge. So in simple terms, inside of the object you can model all you want but you cant absolutly touch the border edge, nor poke holes in the mesh.
