Anybody with experience commissioning drone/heli filming

Hello!
Any experienced souls here who can give me an idea of ballpark figures for commissioning aerial footage to composite Cg into.
Typical hotel on the beach type thing, off the coast of the US, we're based in UK...
Anybody has any recommendations for firms that provide this service also appreciated!

Wild ballpark is anywhere from 5-20k for a simple job.
We do our own shooting and find local pilots with the gear we need, I am factoring in hiring someone to man the gear but you'd probably want to be there in person to direct depending on the kind of shots you're after. Where is the hotel located?

Thanks for the insight, its in Bermuda. Not sure we can get away with budget for a site visit
Makes sense though.
We're looking for your usual dramatic flying in off the sea to twinkling hotel and various other flyovers. Which brings me to the next thread...
