3dsmax 2018 crashing a lot because of 2 dll files

The files are showing as:

python27.dll & trackerbird.dll

As far as I can tell Python27 is part of the 3dsmax 2018 install and it looks like trackerbird.dll may be linked to Vray or Wibu.

Anyone ? Could really do with some help on this.
