Um workflow? What ever you need to do to get the building under 2m polys.
Assign standard materials, carefully name them.
Put everything into unity (tell unity to import the materials the "legacy" way), get vuforia, follow their basic tutorials.
That's it, if you want to use marker based tracking on ios or android or markerless tracking on android.
If you want to use markerless tracking on ios, there is an arkit plugin for unity. For anything apple related you'll need a mac book or imac.

        Learn how unity handles lightbaking:

        https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u5RTVMBWabg

UV everything and bake AO maps for small details.
And last but not least, make some good PBR shaders
That should get you a much better result.
You might then even need to get down to 1m polys in order to have enough budget for the shaders and lighting.
        Depends on your target device.
