ATK - not being developed any further - Any alternatives ?

I have a project where I need to build a building from the ground up. There is limited budget so I don't want to do it all manually. Max2019 doesn't support ATK (afaik) and isn't being developed anymore. Are there any alternatives out there ?

I have zero info on this, but found it still sold for 25$ online.
What was scammy about it?

It was great. They launched it properly, tons of tutorials, but didnt market it at all and then left it behind when they got paying work in.
It's a shame, had some really unique tools.

I read through the reviews of ATK and on Oct 26,2019 the Admin. said, "We actually have some updates for Animators Tool Kit. We are working to bundle the updates and release them.

I’ll update this page when it’s ready." Just in case anybody is reading this thread.
