Has anyone had any communication with the Siger Studio people? I emailed a few times six months ago, but without any reply I let it go. I emailed them again this week, but no reply. Expensive subscription not to get any replies to emails.

Does anyone know how to get the actual material to show up? I purchased the Corona library 6 months ago, never got it to work and I got no replies to my emails. Now I am upgrading to MAX 2020, so I need my V-Ray library to show up and again, no replies to emails. I have the path correct, but I am not seeing materials.

So, it looks like you have to set the path and then do a repair for it to actually see the files. I set the path, rebooted MAX and then Windows, but not until I did a repair did it work. I ran the installer again, which is where you see the repair or uninstall.
