Tbh Bobby I'd really look at getting yourself an intern or a junior. Your hours are too high for it to be healthy and you're also missing out on a lot of opportunities. You've done a tonne of the hard work over the years so the early hassle of having someone to train up over six months won't be much to you. You'll be passing on all of the skill you've built up over the years and giving yourself a bit of redundancy. Don't outsource, bring someone in to your office and give them a salary. It can be low while they apprentice.
