For those also messing around with creating HDRs, they've included a tool to fix chromatic aberrations (edge distortions caused by the lens.) You can now also open and save out HDRs (including making gamma conversions and adjusting contrasts via sliders!) It even remembers HDR previews with the new browsing engine.
The other thing I find worth noting is that there's 64-bit support with an increase of memory up to 3.5 gigs.
Just do a search for "chromatic abberation cs2". As to working with the camera correction 'filter' in 32 bit with a preexisting assembled hdr- I dont know. Perhaps you have to do this prior to a compile. You can also assemble hdrs too with the new PS.
Just tried messing around with the correction filter (under distort) - looks like you need to work with camera raw files and correct the abberation/lens distortion there - then compile them into a HDRI via PS.
From there, you can tweak the gamma (which is quite a beautiful thing to watch) then dump it into HDRshop to convert it to different mapping types.
