Hey guys,
can somebody from the Chaosgroup support team please explain how one of the scenes I sent to support for the investigation of a specific problem with V-Ray ended up in the June webinar for V-Ray 5? I am talking about this specific setup here:
You know, I run into issues with V-Ray all the time, no big deal. So I try to help the support team by sending over the scenes I am having trouble with. However, I do not expect Chaosgroup to use these scenes for marketing purposes without my permission! The scenes I am sending over may even contain intellectual property from third parties and are not meant to be shared publicly. If there are any policies by Chaosgroup that include the usage of customer scenes sent to support, I will immediately stop doing so in the future. Can somebody please clarify the situation?
