3ds Max + Backburner load timeout override

I'm having problems with large scenes timing out on load with the default 20 minutes. I've tried changing the default load time timeout when submitting, but it has no affect. I've even manually changed the XML file, to no avail. I've searched all over Autodesk forums for a solution but can't find anything useful. Has anyone else dealt with this and/or solved it?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
